I contacted Lucky late Sunday night requesting to get information about a service, she promptly responded to my messages, gave me an early morning appointment the next day, effectively communicated what kind of hair to get and where to get it, and met my timeline in getting my hair done. She was respectful and professional. 💕

Lucky came through right when I needed her. It was a snow day, that was much needed but did not need to be accompanied by a bad hair day. I called her and she answered right away. She fit me in same day. Also she is fast, neat and professional. highly recommend!❤️
